Who we are

What we collect, and when

Nothing on this website is collected about you until you choose to share it. When you use our signup form, we collect your name, phone number, email, service address, dog count, visit frequency, access and yard notes, and whether you agreed to service texts. When you start a free quote on our Get Started page, we collect your ZIP code, name, phone number, email, how you heard about us and whether you checked the texting box, so we can follow up if you don’t finish signing up. If you text, call or email us instead, we have whatever you put in that message.

Facebook and Instagram forms

Some of our Facebook and Instagram ads have a short form built in. If you fill one out, Meta passes us what you entered, usually your name, phone number, email and ZIP code, plus any answers to the form’s questions. We use it the same way as a quote from our website: to get you a price and follow up, by text only if you agreed to texts. Meta’s own privacy policy covers what Meta does with your information.

How we use it

Four things: following up on a quote you started (by email, and by text only if you checked the texting box), scheduling your cleanups, service updates (like your All-Clear text and photo proof after each visit), and billing. That’s it. Every follow-up email has an unsubscribe link.

Who processes your info for us

Sweep&Go runs our signup form and scheduling system. The form appears on our website through Sweep&Go’s plugin, and what you submit is stored in Sweep&Go’s systems. Sweep&Go’s own privacy policy also applies to the form. Hostinger hosts this website. Quote details from the Get Started page go to our own server, hosted by DigitalOcean, which sends the follow-up email. We never sell your personal information. We only share it where these providers need it to provide the service, or when the law requires it.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress and the Sweep&Go signup form may set a few cookies that the site and form need to work, like remembering where you are in the signup steps.

Text messages

We send service-related texts only: scheduling, quotes and your All-Clear text after each visit. You consent when you check the texting box on the signup form or when you text YARD to 475-269-0043 yourself. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights

Email contact@scoopforceshelton.com and you can see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you. Say “delete my info” and we’ll remove your personal details from our records.

How long we keep it

We keep customer information while you’re a customer, plus reasonable business records after that for billing history and taxes. Ask us to delete it and we will, except for what the law requires us to keep.
