FAQs

Fair Questions.
Straight Answers.

Which areas do you serve?
We serve Shelton, CT and the surrounding towns — Seymour, Ansonia, Derby, Oxford, Beacon Falls, Naugatuck, Milford, Orange, Stratford, and Trumbull. Route capacity grows with demand, so there's always room for your yard.
How does pricing work?
Simple per-visit pricing by dog count: $23/visit for 1 dog, $28 for 2 dogs, $32 for 3+ dogs — billed monthly (about $100, $120, or $140). We confirm your price before we ever start.
What’s the Deep Reset?
The Deep Reset is a complete deep-clean that gets your yard to a spotless baseline before weekly service begins — an $89 value, FREE with weekly service. After that, we keep it clean every visit. Need just a one-time cleanup? The Deep Reset is also our one-off service, starting at $89 — call 475-269-0043 to book.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can get through the gate, we’ll handle it and text you photo proof when we’re done — including a photo of the closed gate.
What about my gate and pets?
We close and secure the gate before we leave, every time, and send you a photo of it. If your dogs are in the yard, let us know and we’ll plan around them.
How do I pause or cancel?
One text. There’s no contract — pause or cancel any week by texting us. Going on vacation? Tell us and we skip that week.
What’s included in a visit?
We walk the entire yard, scoop everything, and haul it away. Then you get an all-clear text with photo proof the yard is clean and the gate is secured.
Do you haul the waste away?
Yes. All waste goes with us. Nothing sits in your trash cans and nothing stays on the curb.
