The service
Scoop Force LLC provides scheduled dog waste removal at your property. Every visit, we walk the whole yard (not just the obvious spots), remove all dog waste we find, bag it, and haul it away with us. After each visit we text you photo proof — including a photo of your closed gate.
Pricing & billing
Pricing is exactly as listed on our pricing page. Your price is confirmed before service begins — never after. Service is billed monthly.
Our guarantees
"The Clean Shoe Guarantee." Miss a pile and that week is FREE — just tell us.
How to claim: text a photo to 475-269-0043 within 24 hours. We credit that week's visit in full — one credit per visit, and we'll take your word for it. The credit applies to the visit where we missed; it doesn't roll over to other weeks.
The yard has to be visible (grass cut, leaves cleared, no snow). If we can't see the ground, we can't promise a complete clean that week. Piles dropped after we've been there don't count.
And if it keeps happening, we'll reach out and figure out what's going on together.
Deep Reset FREE with weekly service. The Deep Reset (an $89 value) is a free bonus with weekly service. Standalone Deep Resets start at $89 — the final price depends on your yard's size and condition, and we confirm it with you before we start.
No contract. Pause or cancel any week by text. No fees, no notice period.
Your responsibilities
So we can do the job safely and well, we ask that on your service day: the gate is accessible and unlocked; your dogs are secured or we've been told about them (aggressive dogs must be disclosed — our crew's safety comes first); and the yard is free of hazardous conditions you know about (broken glass, chemicals, construction debris). If we can't safely access or work the yard, we'll let you know and skip that visit. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time, for any reason.
Changes
If we ever change these terms or our pricing, existing customers get told before the change takes effect — never after. Last updated September 2026.
